Ben spent his Intel career working with cloud-native applications, customizing both hardware and software solutions to run open-source applications better on Intel architecture. This work included working on the team that built Intel’s Cloud Strategy to support end customers operating digital services in a public cloud. Recently, Ben has taken a new position as Director of Strategic Revenue at Granulate and was tasked to grow Granulate revenue through Intel end customer engagements and Cloud Ecosystem Partners.

In this session, we will look at using Ansible Automation Platform Operator in Red Hat OpenShift to migrate your existing Ansible Automation Platform 2 installation from a Red Hat Enterprise Linux®-hosted deployment over to a container-based deployment on Red Hat OpenShift. Another feature of the Ansible Automation Platform Operator is the backup and restore function. We will examine this feature by performing a backup of Red Hat OpenShift Ansible Automation Platform instances and restoring to a brand new Ansible Automation Platform deployment.
