A quick look at Ansible Automation Platform Operator in Red Hat OpenShift for installations, migrations, backup and restore, and more
In this session, we will look at using Ansible Automation Platform Operator in Red Hat OpenShift to migrate your existing Ansible Automation Platform 2 installation from a Red Hat Enterprise Linux®-hosted deployment over to a container-based deployment on Red Hat OpenShift. Another feature of the Ansible Automation Platform Operator is the backup and restore function. We will examine this feature by performing a backup of Red Hat OpenShift Ansible Automation Platform instances and restoring to a brand new Ansible Automation Platform deployment. Speakers: Keyvan Pishevar, Associate Principal Architect, Red Hat Keyvan Pishevar graduated in 1990 majoring in software engineering. Keyvan has worked 10 years as an Integration Architect and in the past six years his focus has been on Kubernetes and containers. Scott Danielson, Associate Principal Architect, Red Hat Scott is a Solution Architect for Red Hat and has been with the company for eight years.
