Overview

The Agile Integration with APIs and Containers event is a hands-on workshop for developing, testing, and deploying cloud-native, connected solutions.

This full-day workshop will start with an overview of agile integration and a discussion of the necessary architecture. We’ll also present examples of how customers are using Red Hat’s agile integration methodology and solutions to stay competitive.

The second half of the day breaks into two tracks for different audiences: developer and enterprise architect. Each track will offer a hands-on lab experience relevant to the audience.

In this workshop, you will learn how to use agile integration to accelerate the development of cloud-native applications, develop API-centric services, provide API security, and establish operational management.

  • API design and management — For individuals leading API development and integration efforts that require some coding or development work.
  • API development and security — For individuals leading the API integration effort of existing services. This activity is user interface (UI) driven and will allow the integrator to successfully deploy, integrate (Red Hat Fuse), secure, and manage API services.

Parking: Red Hat and Vizuri will be hosting self-parking for the workshop. The parking garage is located directly underneath the hotel at 101 S Calvert Street. There is an entrance on Calvert Street and South Street (the main drive for the hotel is on South Street as well). When you check-in for the workshop please let them know you need a parking voucher and one will be provided.
