Our evening will open with Chef Fabio, who will join us live from his kitchen to coach us along in preparing delicious Italian food from his cookbook! The event will continue with a discussion over a glass of wine (or two) led by our Red Hat Chief Architect, E.G. Nadhan, about the trends we've seen around application development in 2022 and what the future holds for these trends in 2023.

Fabio Viviani is a celebrity chef, hospitality developer, best-selling cookbook author, and TV host. He appeared on the reality television competition series Top Chef where he was voted “Fan favorite”. Chef Fabio has opened three dozen food establishments, restaurants, bars, and event spaces. In addition, he has served as spokesperson for several international brands.

Your participation is as easy as 1-2-3:

1. Register: Please complete the registration on this page. To ensure you receive the food items in time for the event, you need to register by Dec. 1st, 2022 at 12 PM CT.
2. Receive: Via overnight delivery, you will receive a cooking kit with all the ingredients for the class (for 2 people) along with a small list of ingredients and common kitchen equipment needed for your virtual cooking experience. 
3. Log on: ​​At 4:30 PM CT on December 13th, where we will all join together virtually. A link will be sent prior to the event. Chef Fabio will lead us in an evening of Italian cooking followed by a discussion led by Red Hat Chief Architect, E.G. Nadhan on Application Development trends.
