End customers who purchase and attend a Red Hat Virtual Training course between January 15, 2022 and December 31, 2022 (“Promotional Period”), are eligible to receive access to one (1) free Red Hat Video Classroom course or one (1) free Red Hat Online Learning course of the same course version as the purchased Red Hat Virtual Training course (“Offer”).

Terms and Conditions

• To be eligible to participate in this promotion and qualify to receive a free Red Hat Video Classroom course or free Red Hat Online Learning course, participant must: 1) be a legal resident of a country located in Red Hat’s Asia-Pacific (APAC) region excluding China; 2) be of legal adult age in the country of residence in which they are registering and making the purchase, or must provide parental consent to participate in this promotion ; and 3) must complete their purchased Red Hat Virtual Training course during the Promotional Period to qualify for the free Red Hat Video Classroom course or Red Hat Online Learning course; 4) request the Promotional Offer from Red Hat prior to purchase; 5) provide valid payment (“Eligible Participant”).
• Purchases of Red Hat Virtual Training courses made prior to January 15, 2022 are excluded from this Offer.
• Eligible Participants are responsible for assessing their suitability for enrolling in a Red Hat Virtual Training course.
• Eligible Participants purchasing a qualifying Red Hat Virtual Training course must complete their purchased Virtual Training course to be eligible for the free Red Hat Video Classroom course or free Red Hat Online Learning course . Thus, only Virtual Training courses ending prior to December 31, 2022 are eligible for inclusion in this Offer.
• Under this Offer, each Eligible Participant can receive up to a maximum of three (3) free Red Hat Video Classroom courses or a maximum of three (3) Red Hat Online Learning courses associated with the purchase of up to three (3) qualifying Red Hat Virtual Training courses.
• The free Red Hat Video Classroom or free Red Hat Online Learning course under this Offer is limited to the purchase of the associated qualifying Red Hat Virtual Training course and does not apply to the purchase of any other course delivery modality.
• Under this Offer, the course code, course version, and course title of the free Red Hat Video Classroom course or the free Red Hat Online Learning course must be the same as the completed Red Hat Virtual Training course and cannot be exchanged for any other Red Hat course, course version or delivery modality.
• This Offer is limited to the schedule of available Red Hat Virtual Training courses and is subject to course, country and seat availability.
• Eligible Participants must request the promotional code for the one (1) free Red Hat Video Classroom course or the one (1) free Red Hat Online Learning course upon completion of the Red Hat Virtual Training course during the Promotional Period.
• Promotional codes will be valid for (90) days from the date the code is issued. Red Hat is under no obligation to issue replacement promotional codes for promotional codes that have expired.
• Under this Offer, Red Hat Virtual Training courses cannot be paid for with Training Units.
• Red Hat reserves the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time without notice and eligible courses may be subject to change.
• This Offer is non-transferrable and no assignments or substitutions are allowed.
• This limited time Offer may not be combined with any other promotions, offers, discount programs, bundles, or coupons.
• This Offer is limited to Eligible Participants only.
• If an Eligible Participant violates any of the Offer terms, the Offer will be invaild.
• Offer is void where prohibited by law.
• Unless otherwise provided for in these terms and conditions, all terms of the Enterprise Agreement and Appendix 2A per (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/agreements) and the associated Red Hat Training Policies (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/red-hattraining-policies) (“the Agreements”) shall apply to the Red Hat Product(s) sold in connection with this Offer.
• In the event of a conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Agreements, the conflict may be resolved at Red Hat’s discretion in favor of the terms of the Offer during the Promotional Period.
