HCA exclusive tech-talk on automation and ServiceNow

You’re invited to an HCA-exclusive virtual "tech-talk" with Red Hat® on Wednesday, September 15th from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM CT.

Our Red Hat team will focus this tech-talk on Ansible® Automation & ServiceNow. We will dive into the value and efficiency of the ServiceNow ITSM when it’s integrated with the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).  

Over the course of 45 minutes, we will cover APP and demo how it enables "closed loop” automation of IT service management workflows without time-consuming manual intervention.  We’ll demonstrate how APP can open, close, and update ServiceNow ITSM requests as part of Ansible Automation, and how we automate common service request actions.  Lastly, our team will show you how the integration of ServiceNow CMDB can be a single source of truth inventory source.

The tech-talk will wrap up with a 15 minute Q&A session.
