Albert Chai is general manager for Southeast Asia excluding Singapore at Red Hat, with responsibility for the region's overall business. Albert is passionate about supporting customers' digital transformation journeys and collaborating with partners to unleash the full potential of open source innovation. He brings 25 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to his current role at Red Hat, he served as the Managing Director for Cisco Malaysia. He also held previous management roles at Acision Malaysia, a global leader in messaging and mobile internet solutions, and as the country director of Logica Indonesia. Albert was a recipient of the Malaysian Government's civil service scholarship, and graduated from University College London with first-class honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Field CTO, Red Hat, APAC

Vincent Caldeira is the Field CTO for APAC at Red Hat. In this role, he is primarily responsible for engaging and building trusted partnerships with strategic customers to explain Red Hat’s vision and establish and reinforce Red Hat as an industry leader while advocating for relevant emerging technologies. Vincent has spent more than 20 years of his career in the financial technology sector, both as a Chief Technology Officer shaping technology strategy, enterprise architecture and driving technology transformation roadmaps, as well as driving talented engineering teams to design, build and deliver software solutions in the financial software vendor industry. Vincent is also a Technical Advisory Council member and the lead architect for OS-Climate, a Linux Foundation-backed open source project that intends to build the breakthrough technology and data platforms needed to more fully integrate the impacts of climate change in global financial decision-making and risk management.

He had bootstrapped start-ups, drives corporate innovation, a regular public speaker and gained recognition with innovation awards of IDC, APICTA and iAwards. He holds a Research Masters and Engineering Degree from University of Melbourne, Australia.

Chief Executive Officer, MyDIGITAL Corporation, Economic Planning Unit, Prime Minister’s Department Malaysia

Fabian Bigar was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for MyDIGITAL Corporation (formerly known as Strategic Change Management Office or SCMO) effective 19 April 2021. The mandate of MyDIGITAL Corporation is to drive change management and ensure the successful delivery of the Malaysia Digital Economy Blueprint (MDEB) and the National 4IR Policy. The office also serves as the main secretariat for the National Digital Economy and 4IR Council (MED4IRN) chaired by the Prime Minister.

His previous assignments include the Undersecretary for Policy and International Relations in the Ministry of Health, Director of the Civil Service Delivery Unit in the Prime Minister's Department, and the Director for the National Key Economic Area – Healthcare as well as the Director for National Key Results Area – Low Income Households in the Performance Management and Delivery Unit (PEMANDU) under the Prime Minister’s Department.

During his stint in PEMANDU, he was temporarily assigned to the Presidential Delivery Bureau, Republic of Tanzania between August and December 2014.

Fabian received his BSc. from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, USA and his Master’s in Public Policy from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies, Tokyo.

Lawrence Law graduates from Multimedia University with a Bachelor Degree in IT majoring in Data Communications and Networking.

Lina Tong heads the Customer Advisory team for both Malaysia & Vietnam for SAS Malaysia. Lina is responsible for industry awareness for Banking, Insurance, Oil & Gas, Utilities and Public Sector; and she is instrumental in helping key customers to develop strategies and working with customers in adopting SAS solutions.

Lina is responsible for driving SAS towards market expansion of their technology and applications into mainstream; delivering strategic insights to C-Level management, business users and IT across different industries. Some of her key focus areas are in the areas of fraud and security intelligence, data management, analytics as well as providing advisory on areas including data governance, modernization, analytics and fraud practices.

Lina has more than 25 years of IT experiences in solution management, business development, consulting, training and have been involved in many projects across various businesses.
