Executive Roundtable

Culture Matters: Conversations with IT Executives

March 10, 202212:00 PM - 1:30 PM(GMT-04:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)

Join us for an invite-only virtual executive roundtable event on March 10 from 12 - 1:30 PM ET.

In a recent survey by Harvard Business Review Analytic Services, 92% of business leaders said their organization’s digital transformation will become more important to business success in 2022. Successful transformation, however, hinges not only on IT, but the ability to tackle persistent culture and process challenges across all organizational functions. Culture is a core executive responsibility, but there are no silver bullets. As business leaders look to navigate inevitable disruptions and constraints, they must shift their goals from building systems to building capabilities–promoting a culture of innovation without sacrificing stability and customer satisfaction.
In this roundtable discussion, we’d like to provide a platform to join Tom Davenport and George Westerman, two world-renowned thought leaders at the forefront of digital innovation, and other like-minded executives in a peer-to-peer setting. Together, we’ll discuss how to reignite innovation and growth by building a faster, open, and autonomous digital-ready culture.
