Training partner mixology and charcuterie event

Join Red Hat® for a private, culinary event with professional mixologist, Ian Thorsen-McCarthy

You are invited to join us for a virtual mixology and charcuterie pairing event created exclusively for you by professional mixologist, Ian Thorsen-McCarthy. Join Ian for an entertaining overview and learn how to make a couple of drinks from one spirit. Ian will walk you through the tools, technique, history, and ingredient knowledge needed. At the end of the event, you will not only have a delicious cocktail in-hand, but with the skills to delight your guests with a wide variety of drinks in the future.

Your participation is as easy as 1-2-3:

1. Register: Please complete the registration on this page. To ensure you receive the food and drink items in time for the event, you need to register by December 6th to participate.
2. Receive: Via overnight delivery, you will receive two shipments:
   • The charcuterie items and branded cutting board
   • The cocktail ingredients and a branded glass
3. Log on: ​​At 3:30 p.m. ET on December 15, 2021, we'll all join a Zoom session together. A link will be sent prior to the event. We’ll do some networking, and then Ian will lead us in crafting two delicious cocktails paired with our charcuterie board. Come prepared with questions for the chef!
