VP, Legal & Deputy General Counsel
Saidah Grayson Dill holds the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Cisco Systems, responsible for leading the People Legal and Business & Human Rights teams. Cisco is a global company with over 80,000 employees and operations in over 100 countries that designs and sells security, networking, voice, collaboration and communication technology services and solutions.
At Cisco, she provides advice on a myriad of employment law and employee relations issues including acquisition integration, litigation, compliance, investigations, and inclusion & diversity. In this role she is the lead legal partner for Cisto’s People, Policy and Purpose organization which includes People and Communities (HR) and Social Impact teams. She helps ensure that Cisto’s people policies and decisions are legally sound and aligned with the company’s culture. This principle is complementary to the Business & Human Rights team which reviews Cisto’s operations and implements policies and processes to prevent, mitigate and address human rights considerations. She regularly speaks at conferences on the topic of the intersections between law, culture and business.
Prior to joining Cisco, Saidah worked for the international law firms, Skadden and Paul Hastings, litigating on behalf of and providing advice and counsel to employers in a variety of industries.
