This session will guide you through the process of building cloud-native applications that are designed to be deployed across several Openshift Clusters across several Cloud Providers. Allowing you to build an application architecture where for example tiers like: front-end and data processing and data persistence could be in isolated clouds and on premise data centers but cleverly integrated as they where one.

You’ll get hands on experience using:

  • Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
  • Red Hat OpenShift Serverless (Knative)
  • Red Hat Integration (Camel-K)
  • Red Hat AMQ Streams (Apache Kafka)
  • Red Hat AMQ Interconnect (Skupper)

After the session you’ll understand the benefits of using a Serverless Architecture for MicroServices, how to use Camel-K for integration of event-processing data from AMQ Streams and how Skupper can interconnect applications on Red Hat Openshift spread across several clouds and on premise data centers.
