Event-Driven Architecture Workshop with Apache Kafka

Overview

This workshop is a series of hands-on modules which are designed to familiarize participants with event-driven concepts and give them a taste of using the new Red Hat Integration stack for building event-driven architectures.

The workshop will cover the following topics:

How to connect enterprise on-premise software and container-native applications using Red Hat Integration

Technologies to implement different event and messaging connectivity patterns

What is Red Hat AMQ Streams (Apache Kafka) and the basics of its components

How to run Red Hat AMQ Streams (Apache Kafka) on OpenShift, the enterprise Kubernetes

Event-driven microservices benefits and patterns

How to implement an event management bus using Red Hat Middleware

Senior Solution Architect, Red Hat

Erkan Ercan, Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi Bilgisayar Mühendisliği bölümünden 2001 yılında mezun olduktan sonra iş hayatına Yazılım Mühendisi olarak başladı ve Havelsan, Telenity ve Ericsson şirketlerinde yazılım ve çözüm mimarlığı görevleri aldı. Ericsson'dayken hem Türkiye'de hem de EMEA bölgesinde bir çok sistem entegrasyon ve transformasyon projelerinde çalıştı. Mayıs 2019’dan beri Red Hat Türkiye'de Uygulama Geliştirme (AppDev) ve Orta Katman ürünlerinden sorumlu Kıdemli Çözüm Mimarı olarak çalışmaktadır.

Senior Solution Architect, Red Hat

Gökhan Göksu, 2008 yılında başladığı IT kariyerinde, sistem entegrasyon, modern uygulama altyapıları ve uygulama transformasyon projelerinde, danışman ve platform mimarlığı görevlerinde yer aldı. Nisan 2020’den bu yana, Red Hat Türkiye’de Uygulama Geliştirme ve Orta Katman ürünlerinden sorumlu Kıdemli Çözüm Mimarı olarak çalışmaktadır.
