This 1-day workshop will illustrate how developers can begin their event-driven journey by implementing a subset of a microservices application using an end-to-end (data > application > user) event-driven architecture. The module also introduces serverless design into the architecture, allowing applications to dynamically scale up and down based on changing demand.
Attendees must have a laptop with a Chrome browser installed and an internet connection with the ability to access the lab materials. It is recommended that you use a personal laptop if possible to avoid issues with network security and firewalls.
Please also perform the following lab test prior to logging into the workshop tomorrow: Ensure they get success when hitting the below URL. The local antivirus might prevent a web socket connection. The customer needs to ensure WebSockets works, https://websocketstest.com/.
