Overview

Module 3: Control cloud-native apps with service mesh

Learn how OpenShift® Service Mesh provides powerful visualization and control over your distributed microservice applications. You’ll integrate Istio service mesh with existing cloud-native applications and monitor functionalities via Kiali, Prometheus, Grafana, and more. You will also learn how to authenticate cloud-native apps via Red Hat® Single Sign-On server of Red Hat Application Runtimes.

  • Entry level Kubernetes concepts
  • Entry level Service Mesh (e.g., Istio) concepts
  • Entry level Serverless (e.g., Knative) concepts
