Red Hat Celebrity Chef Dinner: Prepare a meal at home with the direction of Celebrity Chef, Josh Capon

Overview

We want to extend an invitation to you and another member of your household, to join us for dinner, hosted virtually by Celebrity Chef, Josh Capon. Our event has limited capacity and will fill up quickly, so please register as soon as you are able to to save your spot.

Chef Capon will join us live to coach us in preparing a delicious meal. We’ll learn how to make our own chef directed dinner using the ingredients you will receive in the mail, along with a bottle of wine of course, in advance of the event.

Josh Capon is the seasoned executive chef and partner behind Lure Fishbar, B&B Winepub and El Toro Blanco in New York City, as well as Lure Fishbar, which recently opened in Miami’s South Beach. He is the host of Spike TV’s first food series, Frankenfood.

- Thursday, 5/6/21 at 6:00 p.m. ET (must register by 4/29/21).
Receive your ingredients
- Via overnight delivery you will receive the primary food items and wine (for two people) and a small list of ingredients and common kitchen equipment needed for your virtual cooking experience. (For this event Chef Capon is recommending that you cook your steak in an iron skillet).
Join the virtual session
- We'll join a Zoom session together at 5:50 p.m. ET on May 6th. A link will be sent prior to the event. Chef Capon will lead us in cooking an incredible meal. Come hungry and prepared with questions for the chef!
