We’re very excited to invite you (and another member of your household) to join us for a celebrity chef cooking demonstration by Executive Chef Beau MacMillan, followed by dinner and a lively discussion on technology trends affecting your business today.

This one-of-a-kind cooking experience at your home is on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 5pm EDT.  We will learn together how to make “Surf and Turf” with 2 Filets, 2 Lobster Tails, Fingerling Potatoes and Broccolini.

It will be live—from his kitchen to yours.

You might remember Chef Beau from his participation as a competitor in Food Network’s Kitchen Stadium for Iron Chef America or beating Bobby Flay in the “Battle American Kobe Beef” or as a regular judge on Guy's Grocery Games.

We hope you can join us for this memorable evening with Chef Beau, some amazing food and wine!

Your participation is as easy as 1-2-3:

  1. Register.
    • You must register by Wednesday, March 18, 2021  to ensure you receive the food items in time for the event. Complete the registration on this page.
  2. Receive your ingredients and wine.
    • ​​By overnight delivery, you’ll receive the primary food items (for 2 people) and a small list of ingredients and common kitchen equipment needed for your cooking experience. Please refrigerate until we are ready to cook.  A bottle of wine will be shipped separately. During the registration process, please provide the address of where you will be cooking.
  3. Join the virtual session.    
    • On Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 5 p.m. ET , we'll all join a Zoom session.  A link will be sent the day before the event on Monday, March 29th.

Chef Beau will regale us with tips, techniques, and share his cooking secrets. We look forward to seeing you with your apron on and wearing your chef’s hat.
