The Enterprise Neurosystem: The Connective Intelligence of Enterprise AI

Four years ago, we were challenged by a customer to examine the role of artificial intelligence in mobile networks.  We came to realize that mobile networks and related data centers possess an interesting parallel to the human neurosystem but without underlying connectivity. 

An evolutionary framework would be required - one that integrated AI system that emulates a neural topology within the IT domain and enables a deeper and more complete level of AI self-awareness and perception.  This would open the larger possibilities of AI in any enterprise, regardless of the Industry.  Enter the Enterprise Neurosystem Community Project.

We are now taking this shared vision into a community, and inviting a wider group of operators and stakeholders from the Financial sector to help build the community.  Join us during this learning lounge to learn about:

• The overarching AI framework the community aims to develop - one that takes in all forms of data and responds with either autonomous remedial action or course-correction recommendations

Bill Wright 

AI/ML and Intelligent Edge, Global Industries and Accounts

Red Hat

Bill Wright is the head of AI/ML business development and technical strategy for global verticals at Red Hat. He is also a member of the Red Hat AI ILT, and participates in the ETSI ENI working group, to establish standards for the use of AI/ML in mobile network operations.

He was the former Director of Product Management at Affirmed Networks, where he led their efforts in virtualization, management tools (ASAP), and security planning. Prior to this, he worked at VMware with Sanjay Aiyagari, where they conducted pioneering research with technology partners in the use of virtualization for network functions. They eventually disrupted the networking industry by delivering the first production NFV deployment at a multinational mobile operator, effectively kickstarting a new multi-billion dollar market.
