Let's get Cooking! with Chef Amanda Freitag

As Valentine’s Day approaches, it reminds us of how much our customers mean to us. With our appreciation, you and a member(s) of your household are invited to join us for a heartfelt home cooking experience, hosted virtually by celebrity chef, Amanda Frietag.

Chef Frietag, co-star of Food Network’s hit series Chopped and co-host of Food Network’s American Diner Revival, will join us live to coach us in preparing a delicious meal -- Seared Salmon Filet with Green Olive and Lemon Relish over Herbed CousCous. We’ll learn how to make our own chef directed dinner using the ingredients you will receive in the mail, along with a bottle of wine of course, in advance of the event.

Securing your participation is as easy:

1. Click the link below to register for the “cook along”
   • To ensure you receive the food items in time for the event, you need to register by February 6th to participate.
2. Receive your ingredients
   • Via overnight delivery, you will receive the primary food items and wine (for two people) and a small list of ingredients and common kitchen equipment needed for your virtual cooking experience.
3. Join the virtual session via Zoom
   • At 6:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, February 11th, we'll join a Zoom session together. A link will be sent prior to the event to join Chef Freitag in cooking a delightful meal. Come hungry and prepared with questions for the chef!

Our event has limited capacity and will fill up quickly, so please register as soon as you are able to to save your spot.
