Agencies are tapping on cloud computing services to deliver new and innovative citizen services quickly and in a secure manner. This journey to cloud requires agencies to understand the differences in cloud provider environments while balancing the requirements of flexibility, manageability and risk. Failing to understand the complexities will result in inconsistent and poorly optimised deployments and vendor lock-in. Red Hat and NCS will share our experience on how other organisations have successfully embarked on this journey.
