The MPC features Red Hat solution demos, on Intel hardware, in a self-contained, 18-wheel semi truck. On a tour of dozens of North American cities in 2018-2019, it will provide opportunities for customers and partners to get hands-on with the entire Red Hat portfolio.

The application container market size is estimated to be USD 1.20 Billion in 2018 and expected to reach USD 4.98 Billion by 2023, at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 32.9% during the forecast period.” This is driven primarily by the benefits of their cost effectiveness, increased productivity and agility as well as increasing popularity of micro-services based application architecture as opposed to monolithic architecture.
