Transformation LIVE is a recurring monthly event with different experts in each session, focusing on current issues in the industry like DevOps, customer experiences, automated governance, change management, and more. 

All questions are welcome and will be addressed in an open forum.

Kevin is a true luminary in IT management who is a noted speaker, author and one of the key minds behind the DevOps movement. Kevin has authored/co-authored seven IT management books, including the groundbreaking The Phoenix Project, the global, best-selling novel which spearheaded the DevOps movement and is widely considered required reading for IT leaders. He also authored The Visible Ops Handbook, which provides a methodology designed to jumpstart implementation of controls and process improvement in IT organizations needing to increase service levels, security, and auditability while managing costs.

In 2019, Kevin joined the Red Hat Global Transformation Office, a team dedicated to supporting CXOs and senior technology executives through their enterprise transformation efforts.
