Steven Gaines
EMEA Partner Sales Enablement, Red Hat

Steven gaines started his career at Red Hat in 2007 as the Head of Middleware , responsible for the Middleware business in the UK and Ireland. Steven also had a Business Development focus on key Financial Services accounts in the region.

In 2014 Steven moved to Red Hat University to become the most famous Sales Trainer Red Hat has had in the last 6 years. Running the internal Sales Boot Camps for all Red Hat’s newly hired Salespeople, helping them understand how Red Hat technology, and Open Source in general, can both solve current customer problems and enable a digital transformation. In 2018 Steve also branched out to deliver the internal Sales Bootcamps to Red Hat Partners.

In 2019 Steven made his next move to the EMEA Partner Development team, having a dedicated focus on training Red Hat’s partners to better position and sell the extensive portfolio.
