What Next? - A Digital Masterclass for the Public Sector 
Preparing for a post-pandemic world

Using the idea of the Digital Masterclass as a focus, we have created an open public sector community to support our clients in planning for a very different post-pandemic world. The overarching vision for this community is Collaboration for a Better World. We aim to achieve this vision through running digital masterclasses for the public sector with a focus in these five areas:

1. Fundamentals in Working Openly
2. Policies for Trust
3. Empowering your Agile Workforce
4. How to Collaborate across industries
5. Imagining a citizen-centric future

The series of masterclasses will give participants an overview of each topic and provide space to work through activities so that at the end of the three weeks, participants have created a strategy for beginning to implement their ideal future in a number of country sectors.
