What Next? - A Digital Residency
Preparing for a post pandemic world

Using the idea of Digital Residences as a focus, we have created an open public sector community to support our clients in planning for a very different post pandemic world. The overarching vision for this community is Collaboration for a Better World. We aim to achieve this vision through running digital residencies for the public sector with a focus in these five areas:

1. Fundamentals in Working Openly
2. Policies for Trust
3. Empowering Your Agile Workforce
4. How to Collaborate Across Industries
5. Imagining a citizen-centric future

The residency will give participants an overview of each topic and provide space to work through activities so that at the end of the three weeks, participants have created a strategy for beginning to implement their ideal future in a number of country sectors.

 

Residency Format

• These five topics will be delivered as a three week residency.
• Areas are independent of one another, so if participants miss a session, it will not impact their ability to participate in other days.
• Additionally, a pre-delivery session will be recorded to help onboard new participants to the structure of the residencies.
• We will encourage and promote peer learning and support from the start to encourage community, discussion and reliance on each other for support.
• Different formats will showcase collaboration and working across ministries. It will provide a safe space to explore innovative ideas and build a community with public servants.
