Shashank Dixit is the Asia Pacific Platform Leader for Red Hat Enterprise Linux, responsible for the development and advocacy of Red Hat’s go-to-market (GTM) strategies and tactics in APAC for the RHEL product line. He leads a team of talented, specialised solution architects and specialist sales who are responsible for aligning the sales activities to meet our customers' technical challenges. We are a voice for the customer within Red Hat to ensure customer success.

With over 15 years immersed in open-source technology, Shashank brings a wealth of expertise, honed through crafting and optimising a myriad of IT infrastructures. His forte lies in hybrid cloud solutions, where he seamlessly guides partners and enterprises, illuminating use cases and facilitating effortless integration.

Beyond his role at Red Hat, Shashank's extensive experience spans technology sales, marketing, and product management at industry leaders, including Ericsson, HPE, and Google Cloud.

Bill has been working in IT for 30 years as a Linux engineer, consultant, enterprise architect, and director of infrastructure. From building Unix systems and networks in the film industry to running infrastructure operations at a major healthcare provider, Bill’s experience is broad. In his current role, Bill works as a conduit between the Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) business unit and the global sales organisation to turn strategy into execution. In this role, he brings field feedback to the business unit to make adjustments to existing programs while ensuring that new go-to-market strategies and programs are both understood and executed by the sales organisation to deliver the best experience possible to Red Hat customers.
