Many of our customers have faced challenges with the adoption of new open technology due to their organizational culture. In fact, in a recent Harvard Business Review study, culture was the largest barrier to organizations digital transformation. This series of 3 interactive webinars will share areas of where you may be able to be more open and some actions you can take to move forward in your digital journey.
The 1st interactive webinar in this series will explain what an open organization culture is and what the benefits of the open organization culture are. We will also share what Red Hat’s open organization culture is.
Your take away from this webinar will be understanding what an open organization culture is and how Red Hat puts this into practice, including real examples and learning experiences in this journey.
