Daniel Aw is Vice President for Regional Enterprise Sales in Asia Pacific for Red Hat, and CXO advocate for enterprise customers in the region. He is also part of Red Hat’s APAC leadership team. In his role, Daniel is responsible for helping customers in their digital transformation, leveraging on Red Hat’s open culture, processes and technology.

Prior to Red Hat, Daniel worked in senior roles at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. For more than two decades, he led various regional businesses at HPE, and was most recently Head of Sales Strategy and Planning for Asia Pacific.

Daniel’s other previous roles at HPE include being Regional Managing Director of Growth & Emerging Markets, and Senior Director & Regional GM for Territory Business and Small and Medium-sized Businesses for APAC and Japan. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Engineer at Matsushita Graphic Communication Systems.

Viju Chakarapany is the Vice President of Commercial Sales at Red Hat Asia Pacific and the Acting GM at Red Hat India. As a member of the APAC Leadership Team, he leads both sales and strategy across the entire Commercial Sales segment to meet overall business and revenue goals for Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China. On an interim basis, he is also overseeing the entire Red Hat business for India. His focus is on developing and motivating sales to operate with confidence as well as moving decisively to take advantage of emerging opportunities.

Prior to this role,Viju was the Senior Director and Head of Red Hat-IBM Synergy APAC, leading Red Hat’s co-selling efforts with IBM in the region. He actively collaborated with all Red Hat and IBM business units, across geographies, supporting IBM and all Synergy objectives, always championing Red Hat’s unique identity as the preferred open, hybrid cloud platform.

Viju has also led over 350 solution architects and leaders in solving customers’ business challenges with Red Hat’s vast portfolio of products and solutions. He has spearheaded the implementation of cutting-edge people-strategies like the award-winning Technology Thought Leadership Accelerator (TTLA) program in APAC; which has since been implemented globally.
