The goal of this webinar is to give an insight into how Istio can be used as Red Hat Service Mesh in the current OpenShift 4.3 version. ConSol shows what Istio is and where it is worth to use a Service Mesh. Afterwards we show the differences between Istio and Red Hat Service Mesh, how Istio can be configured and how it can be integrated into an existing OpenShift landscape.
Olaf Meyer
Olaf Meyer is a senior consultant at ConSol. He supports & advises customers and colleagues in getting started with OpenShift and Kubernetes as well as in the operation of applications on these platforms. He is also interested in simplifying and thus accelerating activities related to the development of Cloud Native Software. Furthermore, he gives lectures at OpenShift- & Cloud Native Meetups.
