Eager to learn how to deploy, manage, and innovate on a platform that will meet your needs today and scale for the future? Join Red Hat® for a hands-on technical workshop paired with a Red Hat User Group (RHUG) and learn about all things Red Hat Enterprise Linux® (RHEL).

Workshop
During this session, attendees will learn about two of the many security-related features included in Red Hat Enterprise Linux: Terminal Session Recording and System-wide Cryptography Policy.  Both of these features were introduced in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 and offer new capabilities to system administrators for auditing and configuring the encryption ciphers offered to applications running on the machine.

RHUG
Looking to get started deploying edge AI workloads to your ARM based NVIDIA Jetson Orin platform? During this portion of the event, attendees will dive into a one-hour session related to RHEL on Edge using an NVIDIA Jetson Orin. Attendees will explore how to run a device on the latest JetPack 6 Developer Preview firmware, install RHEL 9.3, set up the OS, and deploy a containerized application from NVIDIA NGC.
 
Who Should Attend?
This workshop is ideal for developers, system administrators, and architects with a technical background interested in learning how the tools in Red Hat Enterprise Linux enable faster delivery of workloads, with less effort. 
 
Requirements
Lab materials will be provided.
 
Attendees should have a basic understanding of working with Linux systems and must have a laptop with Chrome 73+, Firefox 60+, Edge 40+, or Safari 12+ installed. There is no student prep work required prior to the workshop.
