Event Teaser Title

Ansible for Windows and Azure

9 May, 2024 | Red Hat UK Ltd, Peninsular House, London

OVERVIEW

One of the biggest benefits of Ansible is that it is use case friendly, meaning that it is able to provide automation to almost every part of the technology stack. Multi-vendor network appliances, hybrid cloud, infrastructure – these are all common projects for Ansible automation.

With the latest addition of Ansible Lightspeed it's easier than ever to develop Ansible content to automate every type of infrastructure.
Although Windows administrators have a number of tools they use to manage their enterprise, Windows automation with Ansible is becoming increasingly popular.

Other tools might serve the purpose for Windows administration but they inherently create a silo and rely on specialized expertise which we want to avoid.  Using a centralized platform with shared skill sets makes practical and business sense. In an IT environment, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform does exactly this.

This workshop is designed to introduce Ansible to Admins who would like to learn - through a series of hands-on labs - how Ansible can be utilised to manage Windows.

A laptop will be required to complete the labs - please bring your own.
