OVERVIEW

Gather with Red Hat® experts and your local community for a joint Red Hat OpenShift® Virtualization workshop and Red Hat User Group (RHUG) event to explore the possibilities that await on your infrastructure modernization journey. The event will start with a workshop catered to VMadmins and infrastructure architects, with a tailored, hands-on lab that takes a comprehensive look at fundamentals, importing, networking, storage, and more. Then, we will conduct a RHUG to further key learnings and provide practical next steps.

WORKSHOP: Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization Workshop
OpenShift Virtualization enables you to bring virtual machines onto a modern, Kubernetes-based infrastructure. It enables the development and delivery of new applications as well as the modernization of existing ones and can create applications that consist of virtual machines, containers, and serverless functions - all managed together using Kubernetes-native tools and paradigms. During this portion of the event, Red Hat Associate Principal Specialist Solution Architect, Daniel Schimpfoessl, will lead attendees in a hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization, exploring common management activities that virtual administrators often encounter in their day to day workflows.
 
RED HAT USER GROUP: Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization Deep Dive
During the RHUG component, Red Hat Associate Principal Solution Architect, John Henley, will present a Red Hat Summit and AnsibleFest 2024 recap, sharing the exciting, new AI developments in RHEL, OpenShift, Ansible, and practical next steps to forge ahead.
